This cozy, 9th floor fully furnished room is ca. 7.5sqm, and it has everything you need for a comfortable daily life: bright and open with modern Nordic-style furniture. The furniture includes a bed, night table, desk space, chair, lamp, wardrobes, window blinders & curtains, and bed-linen – you will have less to worry, and you can focus on getting the most out of your stay!

This apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen to ensure you will be able to prepare your favorite daily meals. The apartment has also a balcony that all tenants may use. The fixtures include:

LOCATION & DISTANCES
This apartment is very centrally located with its own character and commercial flavour. Total travel time to city Centre is 15mins. Bordering Central Park to the west, Käpylä to the North, Alppila to the South and Vallila to the East, Pasila is a commercially active area with wide selection of services. This is a safe Helsinki locality around the clock.

Pasila is famous for Mall of Tripla – the largest mall in Northern Europe in terms of number of outlets. The mall is also a key hub for public transportation. There are over 250 stores including indoor surfing and volleyball, bars, restaurants and a movie theatre. The mall is within a short walking distance from the apartment. Moreover, Helsinki Exhibition Center and Helsinki Arena – the largest event venues in Finland, are situated in this area.

Pasila is also the home for high-quality Finnish education institutions such as Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and Helsinki Business College.
