SLEEPING:
Both, the CONVERTIBLE COUCH and the REAL BED can be moved from living-room inside private guest room based on your personal preference.


APARTMENT:
Huge studio like LIVING-ROOM is at your disposal connected to the KITCHEN, which is fully-equipped with table & chairs, dishes and all appliances: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, microwave, oven, grill, etc.

BATHROOM designed in Italian style has shower, bidet, 2 sinks, huge mirror, and washing machine. TOILET is separated. The apartment is supplied with garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towel, dish-washing soap, and hand soap.

The NEWLY RENOVATED apartment is SPACIOUS, sunny and quiet, oriented to the east (nice sunrise in the morning). It's brand new, MODERN with high quality OAK FLOOR. WIFI-hotspot is a commonplace in every room.


LOCATION:
All public transportation, food, shopping, entertainment, nightlife is within 3-5 min walking. Walking distance from most historical and famous Prague sites.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
These are in general FLEXIBLE but usual check-in (including luggage drop off) is anytime after 3pm and usual check-out before 11am in order to be able to prepare the room and clean the whole apartment for next guest and/or you. If there is no other guests before or after, these times can be dynamic.

Guest will have access to:

Other things to note
Everyone cool and considerate to the house with sense of keeping things tidy is welcome in my apartment. There might be one additional guest in second room which is either free or occupied by a single traveler.
