Our humble home is a patch work of re- & upcycled pre-loved treasures ♻️. Self-contained with an attached bathroom, Super Single (107cm x 191cm) bed, electric oven & pot, separate bed & study rooms as well as netted windows, Studio Sienna is intent on being your comfortable home away from home.

Gasing Hill neighbourhood is peaceful. It features nature trails in a tropical forest reserve 🌴 & a taste of local life. Spot tropical flora 🌺 & fauna🐒 & enjoy a local meal 🍜 , all within a healthy walking distance🚶🏽‍♀️🚶🏽.

Stroll along a garden path to the Studio’s entrance. Annexed to the Southern corner of our bungalow & surrounded by foliage, open-concept Studio Sienna serves simplicity & inspires rest.

❣️ Self-contained & no cleaning fee - you are responsible for cleaning & returning the Studio as it was presented at check-in.

This includes clearing your wastes into designated bins 🚮 :- leftover food, soap remnants, any & all unwanted personal belongings.

Shoes OFF 🚫👟🙅🏻 in the Studio, please.

⚠️ A fee of €70 per negligence will be imposed, otherwise 💸⚠️. ❗️Please save your money 💰 & care for our space like it is your own 🙏🏽.

🌳 Please be advised that you need to be comfortable with wildlife to appreciate our home. We are learning to repair our soil & grow our own food 👩🏽‍🌾. This means that we allow our garden to grow wild 🌾to accumulate biomass before trimming it down. You can expect a 'pretty' wild mess that's perfect for butterflies🦋, birds🦜or mushroom🍄 spotting, depending on the season.

During your stay, if you are experiencing any discomfort with regards to our advertised amenities, please do not hesitate to speak with us immediately, in person or via the AirBnb app.

We want for you to be comfortable & greatly appreciate the opportunity to rectify in the moment rather than find out later that you weren't able to enjoy your stay.

We would be glad to introduce you to our local life & culture, ask us about:

- accessing public transport
- getting to Bukit Gasing & nearby nature trails
- local food & markets

Nevertheless, if you'd just like some down time, we'll gladly respect your privacy.

There can be low ambient neighbourly sounds like an outdoor kitchen wok & little children interacting - a note for those whom are super sensitive & don't easily habituate.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
