Casa Lumar is a new, simple and comfortable apartment, where you can enjoy your stay in a serene and welcoming environment. Overlooking Sesimbra Castle, this apartment is located less than 5 minutes walk from the center of Sesimbra, where you will find beaches with calm seas and a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops, markets, cafes and pastry shops.

The space
The accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, electric hob and oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The Studio has a double bed, a 2-seater sofa and an extra single bed.
Cot available free of charge on request.

The stay was very pleasant. Luis with family are very friendly and welcoming. We felt like at home. Flat has everything you need for everyday life. The town is very lovely, the stay is close to the beach with own parking lot. We would love to come back in a future.

Neighborhood
Calm, lovely and welcoming area. 5 min walk to beach. Similar distance to a small supermarket. Nice restaurants, bakery, ice cream, post office. Pretty much all you need in town and the rest is couple of minutes far by bus.

Recommended places nearby
Definitely perfect area. We fell in love with Sesimbra. There is perfect place for breakfast - Alláh Café. For lunch or dinner - O Batel, Pukiki Curry. For great grilled chicken Churasqueira Remo just around the corner.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
