Please note that access to the apartment is via stairs in the building, not accessible by the building's elevator.
The space
The studio is the result of an in-depth rehabilitation and has an area of 45m2, located within a complex of buildings on the California beachfront, with access to the private beach via the building's elevator that will take you to a turnstile and a staircase that leads to the beach.
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, induction hob, mini fridge, 100L water heater, Dolce Gusto espresso coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.
The windows are equipped with electric shutters.
With Wi-Fi and air conditioning that heats and cools that apartment.
This apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, which is below street level.
Guest access
- You will have direct access to the beach located inside the building which is reserved exclusively for residents.

- Please do not simultaneously use all electronic appliances such as air conditioners, toasters, kettles, stoves, cookers, as this will bring down the electrical panel.
If you are cooking, turn on one appliance at a time, because with the air conditioning and water heater on, the electrical panel cannot handle so many appliances.
- You can park your car for free on the street outside our building, but it is not private.
In summer it may be more difficult to park near the building.
- If you want to wash your clothes, there is a self-service laundry located in the heart of the village of Sesimbra, called Lavandaria da Vila,

- Water heater
The apartment is equipped with a 100 liter water heater to be used in the apartment. If you run out of hot water, it can take up to 2/3 hours to heat 100 liters of hot water, you need to use your hot water wisely to avoid running out of hot water.
- We are sorry, but it is not allowed to leave luggage in the apartment before check-in and after check-out because we do not have a place to store luggage, thank you for your understanding.
- Please do not flush wet wipes down the toilet as they clog the pipes, throw them in the trash.
- Remove all sand from your body before taking a shower, as it clogs the shower.
- Apartamentos Saudade cannot be held responsible for the reservation of misuse, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs and any other dangerous areas.
