Charming authentic STONE HOUSE, in Beirut city,Achrafieh urban area,built in the 1930's during the FRENCH MANDATE to Lebanon, Renovated, while keeping the original spirit of the house alive. Set in a historic neighborhood though very close to all the things you are looking for (mini markets, restaurants, coffee-shops, laundry, taxi stations, night-life, etc), while visiting charming Beirut.

The space
90 sqm HOUSE with high ceilings plus nicely planted terrace (bougainvillea, bamboo and coconut trees) incl. BBQ, giving you a beautiful private atmosphere e.g. to enjoy a glass of wine.
Fully furnished individual cosy HOUSE, incl. 1 bedroom + plus extra sleeping sofa + plus additional charming LOFT "BUNK" BED, cosy open kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, air condition (AC), independent water & electricity supply.

Very well located for City Lovers: Walking distance only 10 min. to famous ABC Mall, 8 min. to Spineys Supermarket, 15 min. to Gemmayze's cultural events and 5 min. to Mar Michael's night life zone. In addition, a Health Club is nearby, just a 3 min. walk.

A charming authentic House, built in the previous French Quarter in the 1930's. Today, this quarter of Beirut is a very calm area (like a village in the city), with authentic people living and working around, though being the heart of the "busy bee" urban Achrafieh area, on top of Mar-Mikhail hip restaurants streets. Mixing the traditional mood of a house & neighborhood with modern life facilities of today.
Guest access : the Entire House.

Other things to note:
1.We have only 2 green parks in Achrafieh, one of them, the Jesuit Park, is located at 10 minutes walk from the house.
2.Private City cultural tours & private Lebanon cultural tours can be booked via us upon arrival, with very good guides and private transportation.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
