The bathroom is equipped with a shower and allows you to conveniently wash and dry your laundry at any time with your own washer-dryer.

The well-designed living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats up to 4 people and a comfortable couch invites you to spend cosy evenings watching TV or receiving guests. Furthermore, a modern 4K smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, a Sonos sound system and free WiFi internet access with flat rate are available.

The flat is in an absolute prime location in Berlin Mitte, just 100 metres from the legendary Mitte epicentre Rosenthaler Platz. Only a few metres walking distance from the underground (U8) station "Rosenthaler Platz. Berlin Mitte offers numerous sights and countless opportunities to experience the Berlin flair in cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs and to become part of the city. Shopping facilities (supermarket, kiosk) are within walking distance and from here you can reach every neighbourhood in Berlin within a very short time by tram or underground and you are also not far from the countryside: Tiergarten/ Weinbergspark/ Mauerpark/ Stadtpark Friedrichshain are all in the immediate vicinity.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
