Welcome to your new home in the heart of Telheiras! This newly renovated apartment offers a blend of modern comfort and practical design in one of Lisbon’s most desirable neighborhoods.

I am renting my home as I am currently working and living in Brussels.

Telheiras is a charming and well-connected neighborhood in Lisbon, known for its friendly atmosphere and vibrant community life. The area offers a blend of modern conveniences, including a variety of shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, all within walking distance. You'll find everything you need for daily living right at your doorstep.
The neighborhood is praised for its welcoming and vibrant community, offering a range of local events and activities that foster a strong sense of belonging.
Telheiras is also known for its many green spaces, allowing you to enjoy leisurely walks or outdoor activities in the nearby parks and gardens, making it ideal for those seeking a balanced urban lifestyle.
The neighborhood is very well connected, both by car and public transport, with a metro station just 2 minutes from the apartment and only a 15-minute ride to the city center.

The apartment has been completely renovated with high-quality materials.
It features a bright and airy living room with triple glass windows that allow natural light to flood in, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is also a semi-separate section with a small but practical workspace.
The fully equipped open kitchen includes modern appliances such as a new dishwasher and washing machine, along with ample storage.
My favorite room is the bathroom, with a contemporary and stylish design, large mirror, spacious shower, and high-quality fixtures. A window provides natural light and ventilation.
The bedroom is cozy and well-lit, ready for you to personalize and make your own.

Great place, comfortable stay. The apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is quiet, with lots of malls and restaurants nearby. Within 5 minutes, you'll find a Lidl, and within 15 minutes, you'll find a Continente supermarket. The host is super supportive. The location of the apartment is superb—2 minutes from the metro and then 15 minutes to the city center. There is a great park, Campo Grande, nearby where you can go jogging if you like. Overall, it was the best decision to stay away from the crowded city center and to rent this flat at Telheiras, very much happy and pleased with my experience there.

There are a couple of asian restaurants around with great ramen soups and sushi. Also there is a burger place nearby which is also very nice. The only problem was with the coffee

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
