On Flatio since November 2024

Studio for one or two people on a farm located in Ferreira (3 kilometers from the town of Paredes de Coura - Alto Minho).
The accommodation has a kitchen (equipped with fridge, microwave oven, electric hob, extractor fan, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and pans), dining area with TV, bedroom with 1.60 m and WC. Possibility of using a washing machine and a drying rack.
It has air conditioning, internet (fiber 1 GB), outdoor patio, access to the pool, garden, possibility of dining outside, separate entrance, lots of sunlight and magnificent views of nature.
A large desk will be placed next to one of the windows (where the sofa currently appears in the photographs), an ergonomic office chair and a printer.
There is public transport that passes daily and at various times outside the farm.
The A3 highway is very close to the property. Bicycles are available for guest use.

Welcome package

Welcome kit consisting of local sweets, bottle of water, bottle of local wine, fruit, toilet paper, detergents, soaps, etc.
Towels and bed/kitchen linen will be provided.

Trabalho diariamente na área jurídica, mas desde 2022, exploro, juntamente com a minha mãe, duas casas de campo, denominadas Casas Viriatus, em Ferreira, Paredes de Coura. (Alto Minho - Portugal). Recebemos os nossos hóspedes com afeto e proximidade, respeitando a diversidade de todos, num ambiente onde imperam vistas únicas sobre a tranquilidade da natureza. Neste local, terá todas as condições para viver feliz e em paz. Quando quiser descansar terá tempo para respirar ar puro, refletir, escutar os sons da natureza, passear, ler um livro, ouvir música e contemplar as paisagens bucólicas e verdejantes que circundam a propriedade.

Since I work fully online, I had the opportunity to spend three months at Studio on a Farm, from September to November. The cottage is comfortable and has everything I needed. Glória and Janine are very kind and helpful. Communication with the owners was seamless. The area is truly beautiful, and I will definitely be back :)

Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
