It is a spacious apartment (130m2), in a charming building from 1911, with a traditional ceramic tile facade, well restored, which can comfortably accommodate 2-3 people in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a lot of common space, a large living room and kitchen, an office and a living room/closet. A pleasant outdoor space has been added where you can have your meals and also work. There is air conditioning in the rooms. It is ideal for a couple or friends.

The apartment is located on the first floor with access via stairs.
The building is located in the traditional Campolide neighborhood, characteristically residential, safe and quiet.
It is served by shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, green areas and transport.
Bedroom 1:
Equipped with a double bed 1.50 x 2.00, air conditioning, closet and reading area.
Bedroom 2:
Equipped with a 1.00 x 2.00 single bed, air conditioning and open-plan wardrobe.
Bathroom 1 and Bathroom 2:
Both equipped with shower.
Office:
Spacious, with a modern table, two shelves and an armchair, perfect for working or making video calls.
Living room/Closet:
Equipped with hangers and furniture to store household clothes, shoes, etc.
Living/Dining Room:
It is an open space with the kitchen, with sofa, flat screen TV (Smart TV), armchair for reading and dining table.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped, including a dishwasher. Gives access to the external space (terrace) where there is also a dining area.
Laundry:
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, fixed clothesline and mobile clothesline (to be placed outside), ironing board and iron.
