Duplex apartment located in one of the oldest streets in the historic center of Abrantes and with a fantastic view of the Castle and its adjacent valley.
The apartment is the result of the rehabilitation of an old stone house, and its principle was the use of traditional materials and techniques, combined with a contemporary and functional design of the spaces, seeking the comfort of natural materials with a modern and welcoming aesthetic. The house is a 5-minute walk from the Castle, the Iberian Museum of Archeology and Art (MIAA), the Municipal Library, and the various local shops, cafes, restaurants and mini-markets. The street is quiet and has free parking.
The living room and kitchen share an open-space. The kitchen, with modern and functional lines, has a comfortable table for 4 people and is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle.
The living room has a 3-seater sofa and a single sofa.
The bathroom has a suspended shower, toilet and bidet. Shampoo and shower gel are available in the shower.

The entire historic center is easily walkable from the house.
Public transport within the urban area and historic center is provided by a minibus (aBUSa), which runs on weekdays, between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, and on Saturdays until 1 pm. The service is free but you need to request a card at a cost of €5.
Abrantes has two train stations a 5-minute drive from the center (Rossio ao Sul do Tejo and Alferrarede) and road transport to several destinations. However, to visit specific places in the region, it is advisable to rent a car.

You get Flatio support for the whole duration of your rent.
Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the hosts offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.

Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.

All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Stay Benefits won’t apply - Coverage by deposit
For bookings of 180 days or longer, the host requires a refundable deposit.
