Short history After having several years of experinece in real estate business, we opened our first office in August 2002. It is located in the Tátra utca (XIII. district) and still operating at the same place. We could build a very nice relation with the people living in the neighbourhood and the people working in the area in different small shops. These contacts help us a lot day by day. We have many returning customers, pass by visitors and quite a few new customer who came just by recommendation of other satisfied customers. We know the neighbouring houses as well and the colleauges who are worth to cooperate with. There are some flats where we could contribute several owners to successful sale or rent. Our first professional agent has joined us in 2003. Still in the same year we opened our second office the "Lakáspont-Flatpoint" in Szerb utca. That was the breakthrough between a one man show and an efficently working company based on team spirit. This is a more spacy office and we have huge shopwindows. Because of the closeness of Váci utca, we have quite many foreigner customer. Of course we also maintain here good relationship with locals but we operate on a much wider area then our direct neighbourhood. The downtown office is is in full swing since 2004. First we started to deal with the downtown area exclusively. It was mostly because of our geographic location. Then we opened the circle a little bit. Now we put the most emphasis on Pest the V. VI. VII. VIII. IX. districts and on Buda the I., III., XI. districts, which are very close to the downtown. All areas have at least one responsible person who is a specialist on his/her field. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Calm neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants/bars on walking distance. Multiple shops in a 10 minute walk radius (Tesco, Lidl, Aldi). A lot of hotels as well, ideal for when people are visiting. 10 minute walk to get to the nearest metro station and tram station as well. It is a one way street, so there is not much traffic coming through (mostly taxis to drop off people at the hotels in the neighbourhood).
