Apartment in a 1950s building.
Next to the Campolide campus of the New University of Lisbon and a 10-minute walk from Amoreiras and Lisbon's business center.

Other things to note
This apartment is rented under a Temporary Lease for Special Transitory Purposes, which is a rental agreement for stays lasting from 1 day to 1 year.
We only accept reservations with a minimum of 7 nights.
For stays longer than 7 nights, our team will clean the apartment every 2 weeks.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas.
No noise is permitted after 10:00 PM and until 8:00 AM the following day.
Unauthorized guests are not permitted without prior authorization.
Parties are not permitted.
Remember that you are in a private apartment, but in a family building, so making noise at inappropriate times or holding parties will violate the Noise Ordinance. We will be forced to cancel your reservation if there are complaints.
Always turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
Separate trash and make cleaning easier!
The apartment is not equipped for people with reduced mobility.
Moving or rearranging furniture is strictly prohibited.
Extra Costs:
Lost keys cost €100.
Stuck locks, etc., that require a technician's presence - The client pays for the technician's intervention.
Left keys inside the apartment that require my presence - €40.
A manual will be provided upon check-in; please follow the rules.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
