The space
Step into a modern loft apartment where 45 m² combines style, comfort and smart use of space. Every corner is designed to make you feel at home – while the city vibe awaits right outside your window.

Two spacious king-size beds (180 cm) in the bedroom and loft, a single daybed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Comfy mattresses, fresh linens and room for up to 7 guests.

The open living area with sofa and Smart TV invites you to relax after a day out. With fast Wi-Fi, you can also stay connected for work if needed.

Whether it’s a quick breakfast or dinner with friends, the fully equipped kitchen has everything: stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, cookware and basic spices.

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. No shared spaces – full privacy from the moment you arrive. The apartment is on the ground floor, so no need to carry luggage upstairs.

Check-in is hassle-free with self check-in. You’ll find a key in the lockbox near the apartment, and the entrance door is secured with a smart electronic lock with code. That means no waiting, no stress – just smooth arrival whenever it suits you.

🚭 Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a €150 fee.

In case of lost keys to the apartment we reserve the right to charge a fee of 100 euros for any resulting complications.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
