Bed Configuration
The studio features one double bed (140x200 cm), suitable for two guests.

Water Heater
The apartment has a 50-liter water heater. We recommend mindful use of hot water, especially during longer showers. If depleted, the system may take up to 2 hours to fully reheat.

The Neighborhood
The studio is located on the border between Mouraria and Graça, two of Lisbon’s most distinctive neighborhoods.

Mouraria is one of Lisbon’s oldest and most diverse neighborhoods, known for its strong cultural mix and international character. The area features a variety of local shops, traditional taverns, and international restaurants, reflecting the city’s multicultural and everyday urban life.

Due to its central location and active surroundings, the area can be busy, with street movement and some noise, especially at night.
