After check-in, guests are required to complete the final parking registration in person at the management office located on Basement Level 2 (B2).

🧹 Cleaning Policy on Check-out

Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment in a basic clean condition and dispose of all trash before departure.

If the apartment is not left in a reasonably clean condition or waste is not properly separated and disposed of, a cleaning fee of up to €100 may be deducted from the security deposit.

I graduated from university with a degree in Architectural Engineering, and I personally take care of this property to ensure it is well-maintained and free of issues. I have carefully designed this home to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay. The apartment is equipped with 100% blackout curtains and fully reliable heating and cooling systems, ensuring a restful sleep in all seasons. As a father of two children, I understand the importance of a warm and enjoyable living environment. For this reason, I have added a free arcade-style game machine in the duplex area, creating a fun and relaxing space for both adults and children. My goal is to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable loft-style home where guests can truly relax, enjoy their time in Korea, and create wonderful memories during their stay. How can I cancel my booking?

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
