→ The property is self-catered. Complimentary basic items are provided upon arrival, including first-day toiletries and toilet paper. These are offered as a welcome gesture only, and replacements or refills are not included.

→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 28 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided free of charge at check-in.

→ The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers check-out cleaning only. Extra cleaning services or fresh linens may be requested during the stay for an additional fee, with at least 24 hours’ notice.

→ Check-in begins at 16:00 and check-out must be completed by 11:00. Before departure, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys is provided.

→ During the stay, guests are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the apartment keys. Please avoid leaving keys in the lock or mailbox. Any costs related to technician assistance, damaged locks, or lost keys will be charged to the guest, and penalties may apply in case of loss.
