Os presento mi hogar, donde paso todo el
año pero que, en ocasiones, lo cedo
porque tengo que pasar alguna temporada
fuera de la ciudad.
Es una habitación en un pisito tranquilo de unos 40m2 con baño, salón-cocina y terracita con orientación sureste.
Tiene una mesa para teletrabajar al lado de la terraza donde entra la luz del día pero sin darle el sol directo hasta la hora de comer.
Cuenta con lavadora, nevera, microondas, tv y robot de cocina.
Os dejaré espacio suficiente para colocar
vuestras cosas y poder pasar una estancia
comodísima en mi casa. Aunque mis cosas
las mantendré también allí, en un
rinconcito, no notaréis ni que están.
No estaré en la casa durante vuestra
estancia, pero si necesitárais alguna cosa estaré pendiente.
Está localizado en un barrio residencial con
sus tiendecitas de siempre, sus tabernas y
sus parques. Está en frente de la parada de
metro de Entença, muy cerquita del centro,
y a 7 minutos de la Estació de Sants.

Existe la posibilidad de garage para coche pequeño en el edificio de al lado por 80€ adicionales.

How can I cancel my booking?

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
