I’m subletting my apartment with approval from the SVJ from July 23 to August 25 (shorter stay possible, but full period preferred, dates can be flexible).

The flat is centrally located (Prague 2) and fully equipped for a comfortable short-term stay: bed, desk, chair, dining table, fridge, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for digital nomads, remote workers, or a calm summer stay in Prague.

Important:

- Strictly NON-SMOKING apartment (no smoking of any kind inside)

- No parties or loud events

- Quiet residential building – respectful tenants only

- The SVJ (homeowners association) may occasionally need access for future rental viewings (always arranged in advance).

Details: 3rd floor, no elevator; No AC (electric fan provided); Small dog or cat possible upon agreement. My cants in the photos will be NOT be present during your stay

📍 Location

Prague 2 (exact address shared when confirmed).

Within 5 minutes: 2 big supermarkets (Lidl, Penny), large park, beer garden, 3 cafés, 3 pubs, yoga studio, second-hand shop, several convenience stores, 3 restaurants (1 czech, 1 italian, 1 asian).

Within 10 minutes: farmers market, gym, restaurants, Orthodox church. City center can be reached with trams 14, 24, 18 and its 4 stops.

Note: there are final-stage sidewalk works in an adjacent street (mostly paving work, no heavy machinery).

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
