The apartment features a bright open-plan living and dining area with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. The spacious bedroom includes a distinctive handcrafted concrete feature wall, ample wardrobe space, and a comfortable bed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom is finished to a high standard, while generous storage throughout the apartment helps you settle in whether you're staying for a few days or several months.

Every detail has been carefully considered, from the handcrafted microcement walls and original artwork to the warm wooden finishes and practical layout. The result is a calm, stylish home that feels both contemporary and welcoming.

You'll find the apartment freshly cleaned with crisp bed linen, fresh towels, complimentary tea and coffee, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, high-speed Wi-Fi is ready to use, and a guest guide contains useful information about the apartment and local area. We provide simple self check-in instructions before arrival, and because we live locally, my wife Christine and I are always available should you need any assistance during your stay.

My name is Marcus, and I've been managing properties for over 25 years. I can promise a personal service, so mostly you'll be in touch with my wife Christine or myself, rather than a call centre. This apartment is more than just a place to stay. Every microcement wall, the concrete rock feature in the bedroom, and the sculptures throughout the property were designed and handcrafted. The aim was to create a calm, rustic space inspired by natural textures—somewhere guests can relax after a busy day in London. We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed creating it. I live locally and handle the cleaning and any repairs, so if you ever need anything during your stay, I'm easy to reach and quick to respond. Fortunately, I have a flexible schedule, which means I can attend to you promptly if needed.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
