A 5-apartment building is located 5 minutes from the tourist center. One apartment (45 m2) can be transformed into a huge space with 3 apartments. The 3 apartments are located on one floor with one large terrace. Public transportation, supermarkets, bakeries, playgrounds, and numerous restaurants are 2 minutes from the building. The tourist center includes thermal baths, a zoo, restaurants on the lake, an ice rink, parks, tour buses, and much more. Dear guests, we look forward to meeting ***** Our family has been working in the real estate and rental industry for over 8 years. We have held the status of SUPER HOST for over 8 years! We have received numerous highly positive reviews from guests of our apartments. We are in the top league of super hosts. We speak English, Hungarian, and Russian. We have more than 5 apartments with a wide selection. All apartments have terraces and a paradise garden. The garden is decorated with unusual exotic trees and singing birds. The garden has swings and various attractions for children. The recreation area is complemented by a barbecue grill with luxurious Hungarian wine. The building is new, with new apartments. It's located 5 minutes from the city center, near the Central Terminal Baths with numerous saunas, parks, tourist attractions, a zoo, castles, a lake with boats, floating restaurants, and numerous entertainment options for visitors to Budapest. Transportation is close by. Free parking is available nearby. For the past 8 years, our international guests have been delighted with their stay and often return. We look forward to meeting you. How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
