A well-equipped, self-contained 15 m² panoramic micro-apartment in one of the greenest and most peaceful parts of Budapest, District XII, close to Normafa, the Chairlift and the Elizabeth Lookout Tower. The apartment is an ideal choice for anyone who wants to enjoy the proximity of nature and a peaceful environment during a longer stay in Budapest.

Thanks to the large windows, the apartment is bright and filled with natural light, with panoramic views of the Buda Hills. The neighbourhood is quiet, green and exceptionally peaceful, while all essential everyday amenities are just a few minutes away.

Ideal for an Active Lifestyle

The hiking trails of the Buda Hills are accessible almost immediately from the building. The area is particularly well suited to runners, hikers and cyclists. If you are into downhill biking, there are plenty of opportunities nearby thanks to the local terrain. If you simply enjoy a pleasant MTB ride, I can also help with recommendations.

The clean mountain air and peaceful surroundings are ideal for yoga, meditation and relaxing outdoors. The residential building also has a private enclosed garden, providing a pleasant and quiet space for yoga, meditation or simply unwinding.

Transport and the Neighbourhood

The stop of the more than 150-year-old cogwheel railway and several dining options are approximately a 2-minute walk away. Grocery stores, a pharmacy, a pastry shop, restaurants and bus routes providing direct connections towards central Budapest are also within easy reach.

Nearby attractions and facilities include Normafa, the Chairlift, Elizabeth Lookout Tower, the Children's Railway, hiking trails, an outdoor fitness park, grocery stores and an electric vehicle charging station.

The Apartment

The micro-apartment is small in size, but practical and well equipped. It is a fully self-contained apartment and is therefore suitable for stays of several weeks or several months. It provides everything needed for cooking, working, studying and relaxing.

There is no air conditioning in the apartment. Due to its north-facing orientation, elevated location and mountain surroundings, the apartment is generally more comfortable during the summer than typical apartments in central Budapest.
