Apartman DALIA je površine 85m2 sa velikom terasom i poluzastakljenom verandom.Veoma je udoban i pun svjetlosti i lijepim pogledom. Naše Imanje pod kistom se nalazi u mjestu Rukavac.Od mora smo udaljeni oko 800m i nemamo pogled na more, ali imamo predivan mediteranski vrt i veoma mirnu i ugodnu atmosferu. Mogu se koristiti sva mjesta u vrtu i boravak nije ograničen samo na apartman. Ja i moj suprug živimo ovdje, u svom stanu, i na usluzi smo za sve što treba. Svi koji vole hodati i uživati u prirodi i divnim perspektivama, lagano mogu hodati do uvala-plaža: Srebrna, Tepluš, Ruda, Rukavac, Bili Bok, i malo dalje od nas, Milna i Zaglav. Na imanju imamo slikarski atelje jer je moj muž slikar. Za odlazak u Vis i Komižu i obilazak otoka, treba imati auto ili motor.Otok Vis je jedan od naljepših otoka na hrvatskim dijelu Jadranskog mora.

Apartman DALIA se nalazi u kući Camellia na Imanju pod kistom-Estate under the Paintbrush. Mjesto Rukavac u kome se mi nalazimo je udaljeno 10km od grada Visa.Nema javnog prijevoza i neophodno je imati neko prijevozno sredstvo: auto, motor, bicikl. Kupovina hrane je u gradu Visu jer Rukavac nema supermarket.

Iznajmljujemo turistima naše apartmane u kući, ali samo ***** prvi put iznajmljujemo i u drugim periodima godine jer je život na otoku van turističke sezone, ***** je otok koji očarava jer pruža savršen mir i ugodnost ljudima koji žele biti van gradova i žele živjeti u skladu s prirodom.

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
