Your base at the sunny southern tip of Fuerteventura. Newly renovated 45 m² studio on Avenida del Saladar in Morro Jable, made for remote work and long winter stays. It is my own flat; I look after my guests personally (English, German, Spanish).
Work: 600 Mbps symmetrical fibre, a proper desk, quiet street side. The huge terrace with awning is your outdoor office, looking onto greenery.
Living: everything on one level, no steps, lift in the building. 150 cm bed, air conditioning and ceiling fans, smart TV. Kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, iron.
Step outside: the beach is right across the road. HiperDino supermarket, café-bar Kalifornia (breakfast and coffee), restaurants, pubs and shops (Mango, Boss...) are on your doorstep; pharmacy 4 minutes' walk; bus stop nearby; free street parking. Need a desk with people around? Coworking Fuerte (5 stars) is a 6-minute walk.
Ride: when the swell lines up, the Cruz Roja wave breaks in front of the lighthouse, about 10 minutes' walk along the seafront path. Sotavento, one of the world's top kitesurf spots, is 20 minutes by car; its shallow tidal lagoon is safe and perfect for beginners. On wave days, La Pared surf beach is half an hour away.
Explore: wild Cofete, one of the most spectacular beaches in Europe, by the 4x4 public bus from Morro Jable (line 111, 8.70 EUR).

Direkt vor der Tür: der Strand liegt gleich gegenüber. HiperDino-Supermarkt, Café-Bar Kalifornia (Frühstück und Kaffee), Restaurants, Pubs und Geschäfte (Mango, Boss...); Apotheke 4 Minuten zu Fuß; Bushaltestelle in der Nähe; kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße. Lieber mit Leuten arbeiten? Coworking Fuerte (5 Sterne) ist 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Wellen und Wind: Bei passendem Swell bricht vor dem Leuchtturm die Welle Cruz Roja, rund 10 Minuten zu Fuß über den Strandweg. Sotavento, einer der besten Kitesurf-Spots der Welt, liegt 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt; die flache Gezeitenlagune ist sicher und ideal für Anfänger. An Wellentagen ist der Surfstrand La Pared eine halbe Stunde entfernt.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
