Stylish apartment in the Old Town. Can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests and is a perfect choice for travellers who want to have all of the most important tourist attractions within a short walk distance.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

**Access**

A stylish living room with a kitchenette:
- Wide, fold-out sofa that will provide comfortable sleep for two people, small coffee table
- The dining room is a separate part between the kitchen and the living room, and consists of a classic white table and four chairs.
- Functionally equipped kitchenette contains all necessary utensils, gas hob, fridge, oven, electric kettle and tea and coffee making facilities.

Minimalist bedroom:
- Comfortable, single bed will provide long and restorative sleep, wooden wardrobe, standing lamp.

"Stone" bedroom:
- A large, double bed that will ensure a good night's sleep for two people, large wardrobe, two bedside tables and two reading lamps.

Collage bathroom:
- Large shower, washing machine, hair dryer, all necessary cosmetics and fresh towels.

**Interaction**

Throughout your stay, we are available by phone and at the office - ready to help in case of any problems.

**Neighborhood**

The apartment is located just by the Old Town Barbican, just a 2-minute walk from the Sigismund's Column and the Royal Castle. Public transport stops are only 600 meters away and you can reach the city center by bus in 15 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and a delicious dinner can be eaten in one of a dozen restaurants located no more than a 2-minute walk.

There is also a guarded underground parking near Krasinski Square, available at an additional cost (5 PLN per hour or 130 when you buy a weekly subscription).

**Transit**

Public transport stops are only 600 meters away, and the city center offers you in just 15 minutes.

The fee for check-in after 22:00 is PLN 150.
Extending the check-out time to 1 p.m. involves a fee of PLN 50.
Checking out after 1 p.m. incurs a fee for the next full night.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
