The studio is a perfect place for people who are looking for sunny and calm space with easy and fast access to all major places in Warsaw. One of the features of the studio is its undisrupted view over city centre with a huge green area of urban farming placed in front of windows. It’s ideal for a couple or as a quiet, creative working place full of light and surrounded with greenery.

Make yourself like at home. The flat has one double bed, a wardrobe and a big desk, which makes it a perfect place for work. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment and it has air conditione. Of course, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom are also at your disposal. If you have a car there is free parking area in front of the apartment.
Neighborhood overview
Studio is located in a quiet, green area, just 14 minutes away from the city centre. It is placed close to Skaryszewski park where you can go for a morning jogging (loop 5K run from apartment). You can get there walking through the park or within 5 minutes by taking a public transport. Nearby there is a cheap bar with Polish food, a couple of small grocery stores, bakery and a market with ecological food. Just in front of apartment windows you can find one of the biggest urban farming area in the city, where citizens are cultivating fruits and vegetables. You can freely walk through it to access Saska Kępa, one of few not destroyed and preserved pre-war district of Warsaw. This area is full of fancy cafes and restaurants open late in the night.
Getting around
Studio is perfectly located for commuting from the airport and main railway station. You will get here easily with direct buses both from the Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) and Warszawa Centralna (main railway station). From bus stop in front of the studio you've got direct buses to the city centre additionally a tram stop is in a walking distance.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
