Chez Nous — это частная студия, расположенная на территории владельцев. Гости, желающие остаться на короткий срок от месяца и более, теперь могут остановиться в этом тихом отеле, который включает в себя 1 спальню с прилегающей ванной комнатой, мини-кухню, столовую и гостиную. Все это с дополнительной открытой площадкой для барбекю.

Дом расположен в живописном и спокойном районе Синтры между Прайя-дас-Масаш и Азеньяш-ду-Мар.
Гостевой дом Chez Nous с садом, принадлежностями для барбекю и видом на Атлантический океан расположен в Синтре на побережье, примерно в 600 м от пляжа Прайя-дас-Масас (яблочный пляж) и в 1,2 км от Прайя-Грейндж (Большой пляж). Отель находится примерно в 4,9 км от пляжа Агуда, в 8 км от пляжа Адрага и в 12,4 км от Национального дворца Синтры. В распоряжении гостей патио с садовой мебелью и шезлонгами для дополнительного отдыха.

В доме есть гостиный уголок, телевизор с плоским экраном и кабельными каналами, бесплатный высокоскоростной Wi-Fi, мини-кухня с обеденной зоной и собственная душевая с феном и бесплатными туалетно-косметическими принадлежностями к вашему приезду.

Hi there i am a easy going individual and have been living at the property since approx 2001. I absolutely love everything about this wonderful region of Portugal. The beaches and cafes are great, the views in the region are beautiful and picturesque and I would not change it for anything else. Beside Real Estate I am also a manager for other properties and therefore have an idea what real people need when staying at properties weather for holidays or for longer term. Chez Nous is a project that I am sure people on a budget who wish to stay from between 1 to 6 months will really love. It is a peaceful place, and if you should require to be a nomad, home from home, then "Chez Nous" is definitely the place for you.

This is the perfect cosy flat, full of personal touches and with a cute outside space. There's even a herb garden and strawberries to pick for yourself. The flat is super comfy and tidy, there is all that you need for trips to the beach (including chairs, beach towels, even ball games and bikes!). The space is in a very quiet location, 10 mins walk to the beach or to Azenhas do mar, couldn't be in a better location. Sandra has thought of everything to make your time in Chez Nous as special as possible, and is the perfect landlord. Fully recommend!

Neighborhood
Small local village that has heaps of restaurants, shops, cafes, a bus network and a fantastic beach. There are launderettes around, and a fresh fruit and veg market that sells organic produce daily.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
