Ahoj, jmenuji se Šimon. Bydlím a pracuji v Praze. Mám zkušenosti v oblasti realit a pronájmů a moje nejoblíbenější zábava je cestování, objevování vzrušujících míst a setkvání se s novými lidmi. Věřím, že Praha je jedním z nejzajímavějších měst na světě. S využitím mých schopností, vášně a zkušeností s hostingem Airbnb jsem se rozhodli nahrát naše byty na Flatio a poskytnout je na dlouhodobý a střednědobý pronájem.

The apartment was great. The takerer of the apartment is a company named PragueDays. They prefer go chat on emails and not on FLATIO messages as agreed in contract. Overall, they provided reasonable answers. We had to go to their office on our arrival day instead of going to the apartment. In addition, we were given 1 key from prague days, but because we are a couple we wanted 1 more key, so we had to pay for it. Apperantley in the apartment there was a spare key waiting for us we were not told about, so we paid for nothing...

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
