Spacious and sunny T1 ready to move in located in the parish of Campo de Ourique. It was recently renovated, is in excellent condition and tastefully furnished. The layout and decoration of the apartment gives it a pleasant and charming atmosphere. All spaces are very well used with ample storage space. Ideal for digital nomads and professionals on a mission looking for a medium term rental.

The apartment also has:
- A modern and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave)
- Small pantry
- Built-in double closet in the bedroom
- A dining room that seats up to 6 people
- A living room with TV that opens onto the kitchen and closed balcony
- A closed balcony that can serve as a comfortable office space for those who are working remotely. The balcony also gives access to the drying rack and offers more storage space, water heater and washing machine.

It is an apartment on the 1st floor without elevator, with high ceilings, wooden floors, PVC frames and double glazing. The apartment also has pre-installation for air conditioning.

The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the heart of Campo de Ourique where you can find several supermarkets (Aldi, Pingo Doce, Go Natural, Celeiro, Mini Price etc. ) and all kinds of commerce. It is also next to the Campo de Ourique Municipal Swimming Pool and a 9-minute walk from the Campo de Ourique market and Jardim da Parada. It is located in the recovered and quiet area of Rua Maria Pia.

Available from the 2nd of July 2023.

It is intended to rent as soon as possible and declared income compatible with the monthly rent is required. If you want to visit the apartment, it will only be possible from the 15th of June to disturb the current tenant as little as possible and all the requested documents must have already been sent and approved beforehand.
