The apartment is situated in the beautifull Andel area with its Novy Smichov 4-star department store a few minutes walk. There are all shops you might be looking for with the great cinema to spend a romantic evening in while watching the newest movie on. There are also plenty of restaurants around the apartment to choose from and banks with other civic amenities nearby. Whether you love Mexican food, or prefer Italian pasta, or would love to taste typically Czech dishes I am sure you will find a place to stay for your dinner and you will not need to walk far.
The Old Town area and Wenceslav Square are reachable either by nice stroll around the Vltava river (around 20-25 minutes) or by underground which is just 14 minutes long way - a few stops.

Just a minute walk there is a tram which take you to the outstanding Prague castle in 10 minutes. There is also a subway right next to the tram station.

In case there are more of you in your party, we have other one bedroom apartment in the same building that sleeps 3 and other apartment that sleeps another 4.

Hello, I have been offering five aparmtents in Prague 5 mainly for short term rentals and this year I have decided to try some mid and long term as I want to communicate more with people. You know, for short stays you have almost every day check-in, check-out procedures and not enough time to talk to different people. I dont live on premises, but Im always in touch and ready for your questions regarding your stay and the apartment. Just feel free to ask and I will do the best for your comfortable stay :)

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
