Air-conditioned 30m2 studio perfect for digital nomads or newcomers to Budapest while they're looking for their long term place. Central but quiet location and fully equipped with everything to make you feel comfortable. There is a separate washing machine is inside the studio. The building has an elevator for comfort and located in a no-party area of District 7. The price includes all utilities/costs (heating gas, power, water, internet). The only thing missing is a desk but there are plenty of cafés and co-working spaces. I can also provide a bar stool to use the kitchen bench for any occasional laptop use.

In addition to a quality inner spring mattress, the couch can fold out and accommodate any guests you might have visiting during your stay. The flat is on the 4th floor facing the courtyard with a large south facing kitchen window, however, overall the natural light is somewhat limited.

I moved from Melbourne, Australia to Budapest 7 years ago to explore my parent's heritage and where my parents grew up. I can still see the city as a visitor which is great for helping guests explore and having authentic local experiences. I am especially into local outdoor activities (hiking, canoeing) and absolutely love food - so always happy to make recommendations.

The apartment was very nice, the location was perfect for my needs and the building is quiet, safe, and beautiful. Christian was a great host and made sure I had everything I needed and responded quickly if there were any issues. Overall I'd highly recommend this flat!

I had a wonderful stay at this studio. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was great, and the atmosphere felt really peaceful. The owner was very kind, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Christian is a great host – it’s difficult to meet such a communicative and helpful owner. The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and has everything you might need. The location is perfect, with shops, public transport, and restaurants within walking distance. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and was great for work too. The building has an elevator, so you won’t have to say a little prayer if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage, like I was. I hope I’ll have the chance to stay at Christian’s place again.

It was an excellent place to stay. The suite was in good condition, clean, and secure. The location was quite good, as it's close to many shops, gyms, and restaurants.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
