This nice and furnished vacation rental apartment is located in Valencia, Spain, 50m from Patacona beach. Valencia's beaches are ideal to spend few months in winter/spring and enjoy the sun and the mediterranean brightness that characterizes the city of Valencia.

It is a very well equipped holiday rental, high standard with all the amenities you might need: air conditioning and heating throughout the house, equipped kitchen, TV, internet high speed, nice terrace, swimming pool in the complex, etc...

From the 10m2 terrace you will have sea views and views to the swimming pool.

This apartment rental features 2 bedrooms, one with double bed of 150cm, and the other with 3 single beds. The beds and mattresses are of excellent quality.
The bathroom features a shower.

Well equipped apartment: kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and all small appliances one might need.

It is a spacious and comfortable holiday rental apartment for 4/5 people , ideal for a stay of tourism in Valencia, or for temporary housing to spend the winter months under the sunny and warm Valencia weather.
It is 50m from one of the best beaches in Valencia.

The apartment is part of a quiet residence with surveillance 24h/24h, with nice utilities like a bars, a small shop and a communal outdoor swimming pool with safeguard open from June 15th to September 15th (most years the opening is extended until sept 30th). Maximum capacity in the pool, 4 people at a time per apartment. They can take turns

There is a gym complex with all kinds of sports (group classes, weight room, swimming pool, etc …) at 10 minutes walking distance from thi s vacation rental apartment.
You will find many outdoor cafes and restaurants on the seafront which is 30m from the apartment.

Valencia old town is 15 minutes drive from there and 25 minutes by bus , so the apartment is also very close to the attractions of the city of Valencia like the Oceanographic Park, the historic center, Valencia Cathedral , Lonja de la Seda (Silk Exchange) etc..

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
