Very spacious, stylish 2-bedroom 1-office apartment centrally located in a serene street of the Old Town of Valencia, in a quiet and elegant area, only 400 m from Valencia Cathedral and a 2-minute walk from the Turia riverbed park. Tastefully decorated and featuring all the modern comforts (elevator, air conditioning / heating, dishwasher, washer and dryer, 600 MB Fiber Optic WiFi, 2 bathrooms), it has everything that a couple or a family would need for an enjoyable stay in Valencia.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a stately building with an elevator on a quiet, historic street and it can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 to 2 children depending on the ages.
The 160 sqm space features a spacious lounge and dining area with street facing balconies, an office and/or workout room, a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms (one of them en suite) and two bedrooms.
The bright and spacious living room, one of the gems of my home, is an airy and tranquil space. It features a fireplace (unfortunately not operational), a dining table with 4 chairs, a Samsung smart flat screen TV and a comfortable 4-seater sofa. This is the ideal place to lounge. This area has a lot of natural daylight and opens to 4 small street-facing balconies.
In the office and / or workout room, you will find a large desk and ergonomic chair, and space for your daily workout or yoga sessions. The desk is a standing or sitting desk with a button to adjust the height. A yoga mat and some basic workout gear are the closet (2kg/7.5kg/15kg dumbbells, 7kg medicine ball, and a large balance ball).
In the fully equipped modern kitchen, you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a meal: professional grade knives/pots/pans, dishwasher, kitchenware, tableware, large oven, large gas stove/hob, American-style fridge/freezer, blender, french press coffee maker and manual grinder, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and a microwave.
There are two full bathrooms (one of them is “en suite”), featuring a standing shower in each. Bath amenities like shower gel / shampoo and hairdryer are provided.
In the master bedroom there is a comfy king-sized bed (180x200 cm) to ensure a good night's rest, and closet space with more than enough room for clothes and luggage.
The second bedroom features a child’s twin bed (80x190) and a comfortable fold out couch that converts into a queen bed (160 x 200 cm). It comes with a super comfy mattress topper. A portable crib/cot with an extra crib mattress is available as well.
Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided.
The High-Speed WIFI Internet connection (600 MB Fibre Optic Broadband) will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to.
The apartment has a brand new 2-zone central air conditioning and heating system.
