The space:

Located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, this bright and comfortable apartment accommodates up to 5 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups.

It features 3 cozy bedrooms with two double beds (160x190 cm and 140x190 cm) and one single bed (90x190 cm) to ensure a restful night’s sleep. One of the rooms includes a desk area, perfect for remote work with the high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

There are two full bathrooms (one en-suite), both equipped with a shower, plus complimentary bath amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and a hairdryer.

The open-plan living and dining area offers a welcoming atmosphere with a 3-seater sofa, Smart TV, a dining table for four, and a modern leather reading chair — the perfect space to relax after a day exploring Valencia.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you might need to prepare a meal: dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, kitchenware, and tableware.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for your stay, and every room features air-conditioning split units (hot/cold) to ensure year-round comfort.

Other important aspects:- SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY: Stays longer than 10 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, subject to the signing of a seasonal lease agreement, with no tourist, vacation, or leisure purpose, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU).

- For stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit. In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24–26 ºC in summer and 19–21 ºC in winter.

- The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.
