Our home is in an excellent location, in the middle of the downtown area, at the foot of the elegant Hungarian State Operahouse. From the balcony you can enjoy a coffee on the morning time. The cozy living room has dimmable lighting system, a smart TV and an office corner. The fully furnished apartment offers the highest level of comfort. The famous sights in Budapest are within walking distance: the Operahouse and also the Basilica. The mechanized kitchen is fully equipped, air conditioning system is installed in the apartment. There is high speed internet in the place. The prominent, historical building is in an excellent condition, it has an elevator.
The well-known downtown restaurants are within walking distance. There are various entertainment options. It is easily accessible by public transport and by car. It is appr. eight min. away from the metro lines (M1,M2,M3). Many trolleybuses, trams on the Ring, night buses can be found closeby. There is also the bus station in eight min.from the home, which bus you can arrive directly to the airport. It is possible to rent a parking space in the nearby parking garage.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
