A perfect flat to enjoy Madrid in comfort and in the best area of the city.

The flat is on the first floor WITH LIFT of a building declared of cultural interest. The flat is interior to a courtyard, so silence is guaranteed. It was completely refurbished in 2015 and is furnished and equipped with great detail and quality materials, so that you do not miss anything and feel at home from the first moment.

The flat consists of:
- A living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (140*200 bed) and a 32' TV. It overlooks a very quiet inner courtyard.
- Master bedroom with a very comfortable 160*200 bed and a huge wardrobe.
- Second bedroom with trundle bed (90*200) and wardrobe.
- Kitchen integrated in the living room with table for six people and equipped with everything you need to cook and eat at home, including ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave.
- A large and spacious bathroom.
- Air conditioning (living room and master bedroom only).

Of course, there is Wi-Fi in the flat with fibre optics.

Welcome package

On the day of your arrival we will personally welcome you if you arrive during our office hours (from 10:00 to 18:30). If you arrive later than 18:30 your arrival will be arranged with a taxi driver of our confidence who will drop you off at the flat. The next morning we will come to greet you and answer any questions you may have about your stay.

Hola!! Te damos la bienvenida a España y te deseamos una buena estancia en Madrid! Oscar trabaja como fotógrafo y Vanessa es actriz y productora de teatro. Sin embargo, hasta 2011, Oscar era ingeniero y Vanessa fue abogada de M&A. Y luego un día decidimos dar un vuelco a nuestras vidas y seguir nuestras verdaderas pasiones. Somos mejores amigos y en mayo de 2012 dar un paso más y crear un pequeña empresa juntos. Vanessa ya llevaba 2 años hospedando en Airbnb (alquilando la habitación extra en su alojamiento en Madrid/Milán y su apartamento en Barcelona) y su experiencia (se actualizó a Superhost a principios de 2011) fue tan positiva que decidimos que también podíamos ayudar a otros propietarios que no viven en la ciudad o que no tienen tiempo para alquilar sus propiedades a viajeros como tú. Y eso es lo que estamos llevamos haciendo juntos desde 2012. Más sobre nosotros, nos encanta viajar: Vanessa ha viajado 4 de los 5 continentes con una mochila que lleva 25 años y se ha inscrito en una nueva aventura en la primavera de 2017: convertirse en madre. Por el contrario, Oscar viaja en bicicleta y más cerca de Madrid, así que siempre que puede coge su bicicleta para alguna ruta montañera (¡está muy en forma!). También ha pasado varios veranos trabajando en Francia. A medida que el negocio creció, entraron más personas a bordo, la verdad es que han sido muchas desde 2012 , y cada una de ellas ha dejado su huella en nuestra empresa. Ahora el equipo está compuesto (por orden de incorporación) por Julia, argentina residente en Madrid desde hace unos años, y también está interesada en viajar y explorar nuevos lugares, especialista en imagen y muy orientada a crear la mejor experiencia para el huésped; Rebecca, italiana con acento madrileño, y que es maravillosa recibiendo a huéspedes; y Míriam, licenciada en psicología y también actriz, y que se acaba de incorporar para trabajar los fines de semana y festivos mientras finaliza su máster en psicología. Y así hemos creado un equipo de trabajo donde, para empezar, nos divertimos. También nos encanta conocer gente nueva y aprender cosas nuevas de ellas, pero lo más importante es que te sientas como en casa en cualquiera de nuestros apartamentos y que sientas que hay alguien en la ciudad que se preocupa por ti:-) Disfrutamos de pequeños placeres de vida como montar en bicicleta o cultivar nuestros pequeños huertos ecológicos, pasar tiempo con amigos, nuestros perros y la hija de Vanessa (¡la única madre del equipo!). Nos gustan los entornos ecológicos, ya que nos preocupamos mucho por nuestro planeta y nos encantaría orientarnos hacia un turismo sostenible y de calidad. ¡Te ayudaremos a encontrarte como en casa en esta hermosa ciudad y esperamos tener la oportunidad de conocerte pronto! How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
