Hangulatos, csendes, világos, 1 hálószobás, bútorozott lakás kiadó Óbudán az Amfiteátrum, a Duna part és a Kolosy tér közelében a Fényes Adolf utca elején, a Sun Palace mellett.

Csendes utca, tágas térre, fákra néző nappali. A lakás kimondottan világos, kelet-nyugati tájolású. Az erkély kellemes hely egy kávéra vagy teára, délután árnyékos.

A lakásban amerikai konyha, külön wc és külön tárolóhelyiség található. Fontos: a zuhanykabin és a mosdó a hálószobával egy térben van. A lakás teljesen bútorozott. A fűtés H- tarfifás (kedvezményes) hűtő-fűtő klímával történik, a hálószobában plusz egy korszerű elektromos panel. A lakásban nincs gáz bevezetve.

KÖRNYÉK, KÖZLEKEDÉS:

Kedves, élhető negyed. A háztól pár méterre a sarkon kitűnő pékség (Pistor). A budai fő kerékpárútvonal közelében.
A tömegközlekedés pár perces sétával elérhető:

HÉV: Tímár utca - 5 perc séta

I stayed in this apartment for 9 months. The apartment was quite nice and the neighborhood was always safe. Also Gabriella was always very kind and helpful she was more than just a landlord to me. She helped me with everything and was always there to solve my problems. Staying here was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Thank you for everything Gabriella.

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriella's apartment! From the start, Gabriella was an incredibly friendly and accommodating host, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was exactly as pictured—cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Bus 9, which made it super easy to get around the city. Plus, there were grocery stores nearby, which was a big bonus. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay!

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
