The area is nice and the apartment complex is very quiet. Beds were incredibly comfortable, the pillows were the nicest I ever slept on. Bathrooms are great and the showers are powerful. I just got home and realise how weak my own shower is!! A really nice stay and I felt very comfortable and yes it’s an easy ride in the tube to the centre of London. Also Rob has lots of books on London well worth perusing!

Rob’s home was a fantastic place to stay. There was an extremely well stocked kitchen with all manner of teas and herbs and spices. We loved all the storage, extra towels, books and games. The train station is 5 minutes away and it’s a breeze to get to most places in London by way of train. Rob was always responsive and extremely friendly. We’d love to stay here again

This place is a great find! Rob was extremely responsive and helpful to our questions and left tons of recommendations for the area. His place was very clean and he had good attention to detail — even leaving coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits, and milk upon our arrival. Location was also excellent! Table 13 downstairs had delicious bakery and coffee in the morning and wine and snacks later in the day. The underground line was a 5 min walk and got us easily into all over London. Plus the Stansted train line runs to the Tottenham Hale line as well which makes for easy arrival if you’re flying from within Europe. There was a heat wave during our stay, so it was a bit hot at times, but Rob provided strong fans in each bedroom as well as the living room. Would absolutely stay here again!

We were in London for around 8 days but could only book Rob's place for 4 days. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. It was a 5-minute walk from a couple of supermarkets and the train station. The locality was very nice and friendly. What I loved about Rob's place was that everything was so aptly arranged that we missed it after moving to a hotel for the rest of our stay in London. The quality and cleanliness of everything were possibly the best we have experienced in our stays. Rob is a very friendly guy to talk to and was always quick to respond to our queries. We felt as comfortable at the property as we do at our own home while enjoying a vacation far away from it. My wife and 5-year-old daughter will cherish sweet memories of our London trip, thanks to our stay at this property.
