Victor is a very friendly and helpful landlord and is fast and clear with his communication. The apartment is located in an upcoming area with lots of cool bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. The other people in the housing were very social and I always felt very safe during my stay. It's great that the city centre is only a 20-minute walk and there's a metro station around the corner.
Neighborhood
The big street might feel unsafe at times, especially during the evening and nights. But once you enter the area behind the big street there's very friendly people and cool bars and restaurants.
