StayProtection + Stay Benefits
Stay Benefits is a special part of the StayProtection coverage which doesn't come with all Flatio properties. They include liability insurance, assistant services, and 24/7 online support for all situations covered by this package.
You can read more about the StayProtection and Stay Benefits packages and when they are applicable on this page.
Flatio holds your money until you move in. The host is paid after your move-in day, not before.

Hi there!
I am a business developer and manager primarily, and hosting cool tenants from all over the world is my side hustle (:
I’m also studying: I went back to college at the age of 32, and I am about to finish one of my majors in the foreseeable future.
I can and will give you loads of tips on how to get the most out of your stay in Budapest. I lived as an international student and later as an expat for 13+ years in New Zealand, Belgium, Russia and Germany: I’m confident to say I have a some insight to the world of international communities.
