Gergana M.

My name is Gergana Metodieva, and I have been working in the short-term rental and hospitality sector since 2006.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in managing furnished apartments and welcoming guests from different countries. My goal is to provide comfortable, well-equipped homes where guests can feel relaxed and settled from the moment they arrive.

I understand the needs of digital nomads, remote workers, business travellers and guests staying for several weeks or months, so I pay special attention to reliable internet, practical amenities, cleanliness and smooth communication.

I value professionalism, flexibility and clear communication, and I am always happy to assist my guests before and during their stay.
