This apartment was perfect for what I personally needed as a student, it was a good size, there was a lot of space and the personal bathroom was an added bonus. I did have to purchase some extra pieces for storage as there was only a rail provided, but this information was provided before I signed the lease. Communication with Hanh Pham was very easy and quick for the most part.

Neighborhood
The neighbourhood is perfect if you like a bit of a slower or quieter pace of life. The street that the flat is on is well lit which makes it feel safe. It is also quiet , considering the fact that there are approx. three bars and a restaurant on the street. With that being said, the flat is very central but also provides a bit of an escape. Public transport is quite close, there is a tram line around 2-5 mins walk away and two metro stations around 10-15 mins away, one of them takes you to the airport which is very convenient. There is a Tesco and Billa close to the flat and everything else is within 15-30 mins walk away.

If you are looking to stay in a central location, it's a great option. Right next to everything, but still in a very quiet street and facing the center of the block. The apartment is renovated and very clean and things are of good quality. The only thing you should know is that the bathroom is outside your main door (but not shared). If that doesn't bother you, then it's a great place!

Neighborhood
The real center of Prague, not the tourist old town. Every kind of shop, restaurant and bar, for tourists and for locals.
