I am 54 years old, of German-Czech origins and I live in France. I am a professor of computer science, I am married and I have two children. I travel to Prague several times a year and when I am there I stay in my apartment. Therefore I am looking for mid-term tenants. My father lived in the apartment for 20 years until 2020, and while I have renovated it extensively with the conveniences one would expect, it still has a personal touch to it that my family likes and I hope you will too.

Je mi 54 let, mám česko - německý původ a bydlím ve Francii. Jsem profesorem informatiky, ženatý, dvě děti. Několikrát v roce jezdím do Prahy, a pak bydlím ve svém bytě. Z toho důvodu byt pronajímám na měsíc. Můj otec bydlel v bytě dvacet let až do roku 2020. Poté jsem byt celkově zrekonstruoval a moderně zařídil. Přesto si byt zachoval osobitou atmosféru, která se líbí mé rodině a doufám, že se bude líbit i Vám!

Ich bin 54 Jahre alt, tschechisch-deutscher Abstammung und wohne in Frankreich. Ich bin Professor für Informatik, verheiratet und habe zwei Kinder. Ich reise mehrmals jährlich nach Prag und wohne dann in meiner Wohnung. Daher vermiete ich meine Wohnung monateweise. Mein Vater wohnte 20 Jahre lang bis 2020 in der Wohnung. Seitdem habe ich sie umfassend renoviert und modern ausgestattet, doch die Wohnung hat immer noch eine persönliche Note, die meiner Familie gefällt und Ihnen hoffentlich auch!

I play the double bass in my spare time and my father and my other family members play the piano, which is why I would love to have someone in the flat who knows how to play the grand piano present there.

I had the chance to live in several countries (USA, Britain, The Netherlands, France) and so I am familiar with the experience of living abroad for a limited time.

I love dancing (Tango, Lindy Hop) although I have much less occasion to practice it now that I have children.

Ve volném čase hraju na kontrabas a mnoho příbuzných hraje na klavír. Proto bych (si) zvlášť cenil, kdyby byt obýval někdo, kdo umí hrát na klavír.

Měl jsem štěstí bydlet v zahraničních zemích (USA, Velká Británie, Nizozemí, Francie), proto mám zkušenost s pobytem v zahraničí.

Rád tancuji (Tango, Lindy Hop), ale kvůli dětem už na to nemám moc času.

Ich spiele in meiner Freizeit Kontrabass und mehrere meiner Angehörigen spielen Klavier. Daher würde ich es besonders schätzen, wenn die Wohnung von einer Person bewohnt würde, die den Flügel in der Wohnung zu spielen weiß.

Ich hatte das Glück in verschiedenen Ländern zu wohnen (USA, Großbritannien, Niederlande, Frankreich) und kenne daher die Erfahrung, für einige Monate im Ausland zu leben.

Ich mag tanzen (Tango, Lindy Hop), habe dafür aber wegen der Kinder nicht mehr sehr viel Zeit.
