Hi! I’m your host, originally from Germany but happily living in Iceland for the past seven years. I work as the project manager of our open office space in Kistan, where I run the space itself and coordinate projects that support our community in all kinds of creative and practical ways.<br /><br />When you stay here, I’m also happy to help you organise activities or small local experiences — whether it’s horseback riding, meeting local guides, or discovering some of Iceland’s quieter, hidden gems. Privately, I live on a small farm with horses, sheep, cats and a dog, so nature and animals are part of my everyday life, and I love sharing that connection with guests when possible.<br /><br />Iceland has a unique way of making you feel lighter, calmer and more connected with yourself. It’s a place where you can unwind, slow down, and still stay productive. I fell in love with that balance, and I hope my guests can experience the same feeling of possibility, inspiration and peace.
