Quietly situated on the third floor (with a lift) of a contemporary apartment building, the property enjoys a light, modern interior with cool marble flooring and well-chosen furnishing. A spacious, open-plan living room opens out onto a small balcony through large floor-to-ceiling glass doors – the perfect spot for drinks at the end of the day or a morning coffee. This area also incorporates the kitchen and is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, a digital flat-screen HDTV and a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is fitted with; an induction hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and an American fridge freezer.

Location
The property is located in Qawra on the northeastern coast of Malta, a 20-minute walk from the neighbouring towns of St. Paul's Bay and Bugibba. The National Aquarium, Ix-Xtajta tal-Qawra Beach and Qawra Point Beach are both a 14-minute walk. The coastal hiking area Bluebel and Bugibba Perched Beach are both a 9-minute walk from the apartment.

For history enthusiasts, the imposing Bugibba Battery is a 17-minute walk away and offers a glimpse into Malta's military past and a short drive (approximately 20 minutes) will take you to the ancient Megalithic Temples of Malta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the historic city of Mdina.

The area is a popular tourist resort with many bars, clubs and restaurants. The town is also home to many water sports including, kayaking, snorkelling and diving and visitors can also enjoy banana boat rides, speed boats and jet ski rides. The nearest supermarket is next door, while the nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the holiday home.

Malta's typical Mediterranean climate is sunny with an average daily sunshine of five to six hours in mid-winter and 12 hours in summer, with over 300 days of sunshine and warm weather. Summers are hot, dry and very sunny. Its remarkably mild winters and intense blue skies make it an ideal place for long walks in the lush, green countryside.
