Ensure that descriptions / pictures / dates & rates are accurate. We got rejected multiple times because the price on the website were wrong. It was extremely difficult. And the host made 0 effort to make another offer that i had to contact Flatio’s customer service. Was very strange for us to try so hard to book something. Also make sure the apartments are up to standard! Cause that was also another reason why we will never recommend flatio or use it again.

My requests keep getting denied and every time I get denied I have to sign up a new email for the first time discount code. I've gotten denied and after I get denied my coupon also gets denied

I have only had 2 Flatio experiences. One was okay and the other was terrible. Not the best track record. I think you did your best to handle the situation with Maribel, but it wasn't enough. Maribel suggested herself early contract termination and agreed IN WRITING MULTIPLE TIMES TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE (including someone who works for your company) to the agreement, then just went back on her word. Do better to support your customers or you won't have any here soon. I do not recommend this company to anyone and won't be using your services again.

my last experience was awful!! if you cancel the apartment for any reason earlier, you will be obliged to return the difference, proportionate to the discount you received when booking. We booked for half a year since we planned to live that long or even longer. But due to certain circumstances, we had to move out earlier, on the 3rd month, and return an additional 18k CZK to the owner. It was quite an unpleasant experience, as the apartment ended up costing about 34 thousand CZK per month or 102,000 CZK for 3 months. Is it worth it? Absolutely not.

A Flatio a szerződésben foglaltak ellenére butaságot javasolt a bérlőnek, és jelenleg is zajlik a vizsgálat, hogy ki hibázott, hiszen a Flatio jóváhagyta, hogy a bérlő ott hagyja a koszos lakást. Szégyen, ez nem szolgáltatás!

The landord cancelled the 3 month agreement without any reason. So on top of looking for another room and paying another service fee, I still had to pay a large of the service fee for which service??? For that fee Flatio should protect us instead of punishing us even more. The landlord should be penalized in this case!

A Flatio mint ahogy az elmúlt időszakban általában, most sem segített megoldani a problémát. A Flatio csak beszedi a jutalékot és "oldd meg magad ha gondod van a bérlővel". Nagyon sokszor kértem szakmai támogatást a Flatiotól abban, hogy miként lehet a bérlőt meggyőzni arról, hogy ha kap egy lakást tisztán, kitakarítva, akkor a bérleti szerződésben foglaltaknak megfelelően ugyanúgy kell visszaadni, de soha egyetlen támogató választ sem kaptam. Borzasztó minőségű szolgáltatás. A Flatio csak egy szükséges rossz.
