Avec votre site web, nous ne pouvons pas payer un loyer sans frais supplémentaires.
J'ai payé 10 690 CZK en frais de service au début de la location, et par la suite, j'ai été facturé 1,31 % chaque fois que j'ai payé le loyer, même si je l'ai fait plusieurs jours à l'avance.
Je comprends la nécessité des frais de “paiement express premium” pour les paiements de dernière minute, mais si je paie une semaine à l'avance, n'y a-t-il vraiment aucun moyen d'éviter ces frais sur votre site web ? Cela ne semble pas juste…
Cependant, nous avons eu besoin de l’aide de Flatio pour un problème avec la porte de la machine à laver, et la situation a été rapidement prise en charge. Merci !

We have booked 2 apartments and 1 was very good, but the other was terrible 😢
1. The are was 30% smaller then in listing, from 90 s.m to 60 s.m
2. There was full of insects
3. There was construction in the neighborhood apartment and we hear every sound and snoring of all the neighbors
Flatio gave as 75 Euro of compensation, but apartment for 2 month coats for 2400 euro + fee
I think they should review the policy and action plan for apartment information validation and solving this problems with landlords. I think this apartment should not be listed at all 😡
Our vocation was totally destroyed because of this apartment.

Often issues about unreviewed messages, offending sometimes from past tenants, the service is long to react to entitled complaints. Also, own site rules are not observed by Flatio and require time and effort to fix.

The idea is very good and the collection of short term renting (other than AIRBNB) gives us refreshing new choices, and the mediations with the contract put our mind at ease that we are in good hands, but there were few things we didn't like. Some of the postings showed price cut or special deals, but when we clicked on them the offers were totally different, which made us think if we can trust this platform?. Also, the first two attempt to reserve a place was quickly rejected for apparently no reason!? So we put in multiple offers hoping that we can choose from the positive responses, but after the first "yes" our other offers were stopped. That didn't seem fair, because the landlords have 24 hours to respond and we would have time to pick the best for ourselves. One lady messaged me why we rejected her??!!! Well, we actually would love to go with her place but you blocked our response to her... Anyways, Flatio has lots of good things and could be our platform to make our arrangements for the future, but we hope the reservation process will be evened out between landlords and renters and during the 24 hours deadline we could have multiple offers (I am sure the landlords can receive as many as they can and waist our time to reject).

Marže, kterou si Flatio strhává z nájmu, je neúměrně vysoká s přihlédnutím k tomu, že si firma navíc účtuje obrovský nevratný rezervační poplatek od nájemníka (jeho výše a fakt samotný, že tento poplatek uxistuje, je navíc pronajímateli utajeno).

Ensure flats are available. I'm one week from arriving and I get an email from the owner saying he received an email mail from your company about my arrival. He stated he sold the apartment months ago so everyone knew but me. Please do a better job of communicating that information to the tenants
