I absolutely loved the stay in David’s apartment. I’m thankful for meeting David as he’s such a lovely person! The location is nearby the station, so you can be in Lisbon quickly. As well as it’s close to the beaches in Caparica. It’s quiet and the bed is comfortable. Loved the whole apartment. I’d definitely recommend to others. Thank you so much one more time🙂

I am pleased to share my feedback for future tenants, as follows:
Pros:
- Great location, with 2 supermarkets within a 7 minute walk away, plus coffee shop and bars
- Residential environment
- ATM machines in both local supermarkets
- Beautiful, spacious apartment
- Well equipped kitchen with basic essentials and lots of storage space
- Ample fridge and freezer space
- Very large room with wardrobe space, chairs and dedicated desk separate from sleeping area
- Private balcony with table and chairs
- Clothes airers provided
- Excellent wifi connectivity
Cons:
- Closest train station 18 minute walk away
Overall, a wonderful place to stay - I would definitely stay again. Thanks Liliana!

Joana and Peter are lovely hosts and their apartment in Graça is amazing! Everything is clean and well looked after and the view from their top-floor terrace has got to be one of the best in Lisbon. Graça is a nice neighbourhood, close to all the main sights but still with a local feel. It has some great dining options and just down the road Joana and Peter run one of the best cocktail bars in Lisbon, the perfect place to spend an evening. Returning to Lisbon I would stay no where else.

Victor is a very friendly and helpful landlord and is fast and clear with his communication. The apartment is located in an upcoming area with lots of cool bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. The other people in the housing were very social and I always felt very safe during my stay. It's great that the city centre is only a 20-minute walk and there's a metro station around the corner.

This is a lovely country house, though the furniture is a bit worn. The property comes with a pool, which is cleaned by a staff member every week, so you can relax without worrying about anything until the owner shows up two days before the end of the contract. You may want to extend the contract, but be prepared for the owner to claim that you've consumed excessive electricity, water, and gas:
Electricity: The owner calculates the meter readings for two months as if it were only one.
Water: During my stay, there were only 17 days without recorded data. The owner assumes I was using 6 cubic meters of water per day, even though the rest of the time (when there are recorded readings), I used a maximum of 2.2 cubic meters of water per day, including automated lawn irrigation (which, by my estimation, is about 0.8 cubic meters per day).
Gas: The house is equipped with gas cylinders delivered by the owner's staff. It's impossible to verify the amount of gas in these cylinders, as there are no receipts or confirmation of the owner's claimed volume.
Without providing any evidence, the owner will start demanding a bribe outside of Flatio. If you suggest checking the meters and calculating expenses, the owner will refuse and claim that he knows better.
In the end, on the last day of the lease, you'll have the choice of either paying a bribe equal to half the rent (900 euros) or looking for a new place to stay with your suitcase and child. If you mention that the contract includes utilities within 15% of the rent, you'll be told that the owner also includes maintenance of the property, such as staff and so on, in the utility bills.
After two days of negotiations about the situation, I concluded that there was no overuse of utilities on my part. I offered to pay 50% of the cost of the specialist who checked the gas system, as the owner suspected my gas cylinder consumption (whether they were filled to 100% is unknown).
If anyone intends to visit this place, there are several things you must do: Have an alternative place to live to avoid my situation, ALWAYS take photos of the meters and ask the agent to include these details in the contract, buy gas at gas stations and record your consumption daily.

This is a large apartment, with separate rooms, there are very large windows, lots of fresh air, light and AC in every room.
There is a workspace and the Wi-Fi works well throughout the place.
The property manager is delightful communicative and professional, took the time to show us everything around the apartment's open arrival, and explained the nearby shops.

The apartment location was perfect!!! The location of the apartment is within a 30-second walk of a bus line in either direction, not to mention a nearby park where you can relax with coffee, soda, or wine. Finding a grocer, restaurant, or cafe within walking distance is not an issue - again 30-seconds!
The apartment building was quiet, and the neighbors were delightful. The lobby in the apartment building was nicely maintained. The apartment was my slice of heaven for a while.
Finally, Tania was a fantastic landlord. She was very personable. She made some excellent recommendations, which elevated my experience while in Lisbon. She is an absolute mensch!

Claudia was great to work with! The apartment was super cute and had a lovely view of a church. It also has laundry and the best drying rack I’ve ever seen, which was very handy. I should note for anyone with mobility issues there are 4 flights of stairs that are quite narrow. Very authentic and old school (which I like), but it could be challenging for some folks. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend!
