A very nice apartment with a few things that could be improved. I thought the space was very pretty, good floors, good furniture, plenty of storage space. Good bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, with absolutely everything. The balcony has a nice view, although, if you are afraid of heights it's very scary. The place gets a lot of sun during the afternoon in the summer months and can get quite hot. Thicker curtains and a fan would help a lot. Also, the bed is not very comfortable. Besides that, it's a great apartment. Oh, and the people in the building keep a compost bin in the garden, a big plus.

We had a great time at Moniek’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The place was clean and had all the utilities you need: washing machine, dish washer, a fridge and an oven. The apartment is nicely separated by the shared spaces so you can have your intimacy.

Moniek is really kind and interesting person, with lots of stories to tell and recommendations for activities/restaurants.

The neighborhood is clean, safe and very conveniently located right next to the bus station.

We stayed there for 2 months and have no complaints. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

I spent 60 days in this wonderful apartment with my wife. We found the location great, close to downtown (just 5-6 stops with the #8 bus) very good public transportation, and a shopping mall nearby, also good restaurants our landlady mentioned to us. The apartment is spacious, with a good size bathroom and kitchen, also a beautiful terrace with great views of the nearby hill, with birds and great fresh air. The layout of the apartment is very good, the main rooms can be separated and different conversations can be had simultaneously. We had a really good time here and highly recommend it !
Communication with the owner was excellent, she was always available when needed, and made our stay so much easier.

Great flat. Great location. Nice and clean. Fully equipped. The landlord was terrific. Nothing went wrong. Good shower. Comfy bed. A little noisy for my liking but that’s personal. I would stay there again.

A great apartment with anything you could possibly need starting from kitchenware to towels and some housekeeping chemicals as well. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of things to do, nice pubs, and supermarkets.
