Very good landlord. The communication was good, he helped with all of our requests and was kind. The apartment was well equipped, everything that you need to live is there.

Bydlení pod Petřínem nám velmi vyhovovalo. Vybavení a zařízení bylo přesně takové jako je na fotkách. Při nastěhování bylo uklizeno a umyto. K dispozici jsou pračka a myčka, výbava na úklid, povlečení, televize. Veliké plus jsou okna do vnitrobloku, takže v bytě je ticho a klid - zevnitř i zvenčí. Byt je v centru města blízko k Petřínské rozhledně s dostupnými spoji na tramvaj a metro a s možností parkování přímo před domem. S bydlením jsme byli moc spokojeni tak i s přístupem majitelů, kteří byli milí a vstřícní.

Thuy is a great host! It is really easy to communicate with her and ask for help/advice. Moreover, the house is cozy, clean and you barely feel that there are other tenants there. Would definitely recommend staying at Thuy's place!

The apartment was very clean and as described. The location is excellent, everything reachable by foot. Would totally recommend staying in this apartment, if you don`t have a problem with having no kitchen and living in the basement (windows to an inner courtyard).

An outstanding place just steps from the Duna river and a fantastic view of Parliment. High ceilings, big windows, washing machine, and a comfortable bed make it all worthwhile. The pictures are accurate. The flat is on the first floor(second in USA) and a big building is across the narrow street so it doesn't receive much direct sunlight, but the big windows help and there is a lot of good lighting in the flat. Also huge radiators for heat and an air conditioner so it is comfortable. It was very quiet while I was there(during the pandemic). Of course there is street noise since it is a big city but it was minimal. A Spar grocery store is a 5-7 minute walk away. Downstairs are a few restaurants and an ABC. Check in is great with step by step instructions from the host and she responds quickly to questions. Overall a great flat in a great Buda location.

Die Wohnung ist super und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich wohnte dort für 7 Wochen mit meiner Freundin und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und versuchen alles möglich zu machen, was der Mieter wünscht. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten uns die Vermieter Essen, Getränke und Gewürze bereitgestellt. Auch Wasch- und Putzmittel waren vorhanden. Leider mussten wir früher abreisen, das war allerdings für die Vermieter kein Problem und wir konnten den Vertrag vorzeitig kündigen. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch und war bei jeder Nachricht bzw. jedem Telefonat sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung sah bei unserer Ankunft genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von hier aus fährt an Wochentagen alle 3 Minuten ein Bus. So erreicht man die Innenstadt innerhalb von 20 Minuten. Zu Fuß kann man das Donauufer in ungefähr 15 Minuten erreichen. Besonders für Studenten der VŠEMVS und der Ekonomická univerzita ist die Wohnung aufgrund der Lage bestens geeignet. The apartment is great and leaves nothing to be desired. I lived there for 7 weeks with my girlfriend and we were very happy with the apartment. The landlords are very nice and try to make everything possible that the tenant wants. When we arrived, the landlords had provided us with food, drinks and spices. Washing and cleaning agents were also available. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier, but that was no problem for the landlords and we could cancel the contract early. The landlady speaks German very well and was very nice and courteous on every phone call or message. When we arrived, the apartment looked exactly like the photos. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house, from here a bus leaves every 3 minutes on weekdays. This way you can reach the city centre within 20 minutes. The Danube bank can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Especially for students of VŠEMVS and Ekonomická univerzita the apartment is very suitable due to its location.

Teresa was a gracious host who always replied quickly to our questions. She was very helpful throughout our stay. Teresa went the extra mile for us in every way and we're super grateful for it. The studio was very clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is amazing with a supermarket literally across the street and walking distance to other supermarkets, healthy food stores, banks, all types of stores, restaurants, gym, yoga, subway and bus. Also, nice parks within walking distance and the El Cortes Ingles mall with a movie theater, restaurants and shopping. There is an ATM machine/multibanco literally next to the building door. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom, which is super convenient and it was very helpful. We work from home and the wifi was great. I totally recommend Teresa and her rentals!
